Returns Policy

ONLINE:

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with an item purchased on our website, we are happy to accept returns and issue a refund.

• Orders over €1,000: If returned, we will deduct any bank fees charged to us from your refund.

• Cancelled orders before shipping: Bank fees will also be deducted from the refund.

Return Guidelines:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

• Items must be in saleable condition – unworn, unused, and with tags intact.

• Please avoid wearing makeup, fake tan, or deodorant when trying on garments, as soiled items cannot be refunded.

• Include a note with your name and address when returning items.

Once your return is received and approved, we will refund the original form of payment. Please allow 3–7 days for the refund to appear in your account.

In-Store Purchases

Please Note

• No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted on accessories, headpieces, fascinators, or sale items.
• All other items purchased in-store may be returned within 14 days for store credit or an exchange only.
• Refunds are not available on items purchased in-store.
• Returned items must be in their original saleable condition, unworn, unused, and with all tags attached.
